RIGHT TO CANCEL
At Rangath, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the fulfillment of any order placed on our website. This may occur under the following circumstances:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- The billing information provided is incorrect or unverifiable.
- The order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.
- Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
- Errors or inaccuracies are detected on the website, including but not limited to misspellings, pricing issues, or other incorrect information.
We value your trust and strive to provide the best possible experience. If your order is impacted by any of the above, our team will notify you promptly and assist you with the next steps.
Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Rangath for your street-styled apparel. We are committed to delivering your orders to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details and procedures regarding the shipment of your purchases.
Domestic Shipping:
- Currently, we offer shipping services within India.
- We work with renowned shipping carriers such as Delhivery and Bluedart to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.
Processing Time:
- We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of your purchase. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such cases, as delivery times may extend by a few additional days.
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free delivery across India on prepaid orders.
- For international shipping, we charge ₹1600/- (may vary based on location)
Estimated Delivery Times:
- The estimated delivery time for domestic shipping is approximately 5-10 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier's website.
Expedited Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using our standard shipping methods.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
- In the unfortunate event of a lost, damaged, or stolen package, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@rangath.com.
- In the case of damaged goods, please provide us with relevant information and evidence. Upon verification, we will guide you through the exchange process. Once we receive the damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement as per your preference and product availability.
Shipping Limitations:
- We strive to deliver to as many locations as possible. However, there are certain pin codes that may not be serviceable by our default delivery partners.
- In such cases, we will ship your order via India Speed Post, as it covers all pin codes on the prepaid mode.
Additional Conditions:

Rangath is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses or other details (such as mobile number, pin-code, etc) that result in lost or misdirected packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and details provided during checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment(₹200/- per item). We encourage you to double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
- It is also the customer's responsibility to receive the orders within the set attempt limits set by the delivery partner. In case the delivery is failed, the customer is liable to pay the re-shipment cost i.e ₹200/- per item.

Size Issues:
- In the event of size-related issues, customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected at the time of purchase.
- If a customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, a replacement can be arranged.
- A nominal fee of ₹200/- (per item) will be charged for the exchange, which covers the cost of shipping and handling.
- Due to international shipping constraints, exchanges are not allowed for customers outside of India.
- For international order, Rangath is not liable for items seized or items put on hold by the custom clearance agency of the customer's country.
- The customer must contact our customer support team at support@rangath.com within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate the size exchange process.
Coupon Code Policy
At Rangath, we provide exclusive coupon codes for our influencers, collaborations, and giveaways. These codes are intended only for the recipients they are directly shared with by Rangath.
If an order is placed using a coupon code that was not personally provided by Rangath—whether obtained through third-party applications, unauthorized sharing, or other means—we reserve the right to cancel the order. Possessing or applying a coupon code does not entitle the user to a discount unless it has been officially granted by Rangath.
We take fraudulent use of coupon codes seriously to ensure fairness and transparency in our promotions.
Open Delivery
Open delivery of parcel is not allowed. Kindly do not argue with delivery executive for open delivery.
